We are a family owned venue space in Northern, New Jersey. We strive to contribute to the urban renewal and growing landscape of Passaic County.  Our professional team of onsite and remote experts have over three decades of diverse experiences in the event and hospitality industry.  We aim to maintain high levels of customer service and look forward to supporting a comprehensive experience for you and your guests.    

Located in the heart of Passaic County, you can find our restored modern industrial warehouse space in the culturally vibrant and historic neighborhood of South Paterson. This unique warehouse space can accommodate a variety of special events, from gallery showings to weddings to seminars and retreats.  Easily accessible from some of the major corridors of the tri-state region, we offer over five thousand square feet of authentic space.  We invite you to set up an on site appointment to further discuss how we can best serve your upcoming event needs.
